At MxDenver , we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Refunds
We only offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Orders may only be refunded if:
- The item has not shipped, and
- A shipping label has not been created.
Once a shipping label has been generated or the order has shipped, the order is no longer eligible for a full refund.
Returns
We only accept returns for items that meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The return request is approved by our team.
- Returned items are only eligible for a partial refund.
Items showing signs of use, damage, installation, or modification will not qualify for a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used products
- Custom or special-order items
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
